To prevent this, every single LED bulb and light string produced at HOYECHI undergoes a rigorous "Aging Test." We leave the lights running continuously for 24 to 48 hours before they are even packed. If a bulb is going to fail, we want it to fail here in the factory, not in your front yard.

We also test for IP65 Waterproofing, simulating heavy rain to ensure our sealed caps and heavy-duty wiring keep the moisture out.

Stop 3: The Assembly Line (Hand-Crafted Detail)

Unlike fully automated plastic molds, commercial Christmas decor requires a human touch. Our team painstakingly attaches the light strings to the frames by hand, ensuring every curve is highlighted and every wire is secured with UV-resistant ties.
