1. What is HOYECHI?

HOYECHI is the official online store of Dongguan HuayiCai Landscape Technology Co., Ltd., a professional lighting manufacturer founded in 2002. We focus on high-quality Christmas and holiday decorations, from home yard décor to large commercial displays, and ship directly from our U.S. warehouses, including our Los Angeles warehouse and Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.

2. What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in seasonal and holiday décor, including:

  • Lighted outdoor Christmas decorations (reindeer, snowmen, gift boxes, arches, and more)
  • Christmas trees for outdoor and commercial displays
  • Wreaths and garlands
  • Christmas balls and ornament sets
  • Rattan and other themed decorations
  • Selected Halloween décor and commercial decoration collections
3. Are HOYECHI decorations suitable for outdoor use?

Most HOYECHI products are designed for outdoor use and built to handle typical winter conditions. Many items feature weather-resistant materials and waterproof LED light strings (often up to IP65 on outdoor pieces), making them ideal for front yards, lawns, pathways, plazas, and commercial venues. Please always check the product description for the recommended usage (indoor/outdoor) and IP rating before installation.

4. Do the products come with lights included?

Yes, the majority of our decorations are sold as pre-lit sets with built-in or pre-installed LED lights. The product page will clearly show whether lights are included, how many LEDs are used, and whether the item is plug-in or battery-powered. Please refer to the “Specifications” or “Product Details” section of each listing.

5. Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

We currently ship mainly from our Los Angeles warehouse and Amazon FBA fulfillment centers across the United States. Our U.S. service center and showroom are located at:

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States. For international orders or project-based shipments, please contact us at support@hoyechi.com to check availability.

6. How long does shipping take?

Processing time for most orders is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order ships:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited options: around 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), carriers may experience delays, so we recommend ordering early.

7. Is shipping free?

At the top of our site you’ll see the message “Fast & Free Shipping on all Orders, Always!” for U.S. orders. In some cases, special promotions or oversized commercial items may follow different terms, so the final shipping cost is always shown at checkout. If it shows $0.00, your order ships free.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up the parcel.

9. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging.

To start a return, please email support@hoyechi.com with your order details. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method within about 10 business days.

10. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@hoyechi.com, ideally with clear photos or videos of the issue and your order number. Our team will help you with replacement parts, a full replacement, or another appropriate solution in line with our return policy.

11. Do you offer wholesale pricing or dealer programs?

Yes. In addition to our online retail store, we actively support wholesale and dealer partners, especially for malls, parks, shopping centers, and other commercial venues. 12. Can you provide custom or large commercial light displays?

Yes. HOYECHI’s parent company, Dongguan HuayiCai Landscape Technology, has extensive experience in custom light shows and commercial holiday installations worldwide, including large outdoor Christmas trees, walk-through motifs, tunnels, and themed displays. If you need a tailor-made solution for a city center, shopping mall, park, or other venue, please contact us with your ideas, site photos, and timeline. Our design team can help you develop a complete proposal.

13. Do I need an account to place an order? What about rewards and wishlist?

You can check out as a guest or create a HOYECHI account for a faster checkout next time. With an account, you can view order history, manage addresses, and access features like HOYECHI Rewards and Wishlist where available.
